Alt Crescent is an older street in the inner north of Canberra.
I like the feel of the street and the whimsical shape of the
trees. It’s a strange combination and very particular to that
place. Being conifers and not native to Australia, the trees, like many
of us, are in place, out of place.

I am like the trees, rooted, in a good way. I’m grounded
by location and my own sense of self, place and history.
